  • Rutherford County Airport Obstruction Removal Project – 2016
    • 15 Acres of Tree removal.
    • All trees that were encroaching in the airport approach path were removed.
    • This includes trees around houses and other sensitive areas.

 

  • Moore County Airport Obstruction Removal - 2016
    • 10 Acres of Tree removal.
    • All trees that were encroaching in the airport approach path were removed.
    • This includes trees around houses and other sensitive areas.

 

  • Wilkes County Airport Obstruction Removal – 2016
    • 20 Acres of Tree removal.
    • All trees that were encroaching in the airport approach path were removed.
    • This includes trees around houses and other sensitive areas.

 

  • Berkeley County Airport Obstruction Removal – 2015
    • 20 Acres of Tree removal.
    • All trees that were encroaching in the airport approach path were removed.
    • This includes trees around houses and other sensitive areas.

 

  • Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District ROW Clearing Phase 6 - 2015
    • 13600 LF of ROW Clearing through the city of Spartanburg SC
    • A large number of trees on the project were “danger” trees and had to be removed by GCL climbers and other safety preventative methods. The tree were large from 50 years of growth
    • Project included; traffic control, public planning and coordination, coordination with all electrical and utility providers.  

 

  • NCDOT Interstate I-40 Slide Prone Area Repairs
    • 4 Acres of Clearing, Grubbing and Danger Tree Removal
    • Challenges included; extremely steep terrain, Sawmen had to tie off with a fall protection line and harnesses in order to cut the trees on the slope. The slope was directly above the west bond travel lanes of Interstate 40 in the Gorge near the NC/TN state line.

 

  • Plant McIntosh Clearing and Grubbing Project
    • 65 Acres of Clearing and Grubbing on plant McIntosh in Rincon GA
    • Methods of removal consisted of saw cutting and mechanical means
    • All clearing debris were ground into mulch and hauled away for final disposal 

 

  • SCDOT Hwy 378 Widening – 2014
    • 5 miles of widening of HWY 378 in Lake City SC
    • Tree removal and disposal on the ROW of HWY 378
    • Some of the challenges were; powerlines, traffic, narrow working limits and time sensitive work hours and project schedule

 

  • SCDOT Hwy 17 Widening – 2014
    • 3 miles of widening of HWY 17 in Myrtle Beach SC
    • Tree removal and disposal on the ROW of HWY 378
    • Some of the hazards included; powerlines, traffic, narrow working limits and time sensitive work hours and project schedule

 

  • Lafayette Park Development – 2014
    • 20 Acres of Clearing and Grubbing in Myrtle Beach SC
    • Methods of removal consisted of saw cutting and mechanical means

    • 14 Acres of Heavy clearing and grubbing along a new rail spur in Raleigh NC
    • Methods of removal consisted of saw cutting and mechanical means
    • All clearing debris were ground into mulch and hauled away for final disposal 

           

  • New Jersey Turnpike Pipeline – 2011
    • 78 miles of Right of way clearing through New Jersey and Pennsylvania
    • Methods of removal consisted of saw cutting and mechanical means
    • All clearing debris were ground into mulch and hauled away for final disposal 
    • Project included; traffic control, public planning and coordination, coordination with all electrical and utility providers, wetlands crossings, road crossings, and pipeline crossings.

 

  • Mall of Georgia Site Clearing – 2004
    • 137 Acres of Clearing and Grubbing in Buford GA
    • Project included; traffic control, public planning and coordination, coordination with all electrical and utility providers.
